Start by making the dough, mix yeast and sugar in warm water. set aside for 5 mins.

Take flour, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Add in the yeast water and make it into a soft dough.

Cover and let the dough rise for 1 to 2 hours till it is doubled in size.

Once doubled in size, you can knead once gently and use as required.
