Mix everything together in a bowl. Place them in fridge for 30 minutes for the flavours to melt together. Serve.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes which is slightly firm so it holds it shape.
you can add a drizzle of lemon juice for freshness.
Cooked cubed chicken can be tossed into the salad.
Fresh basil can be added into the salad.
Serving & Storage
This mango salad taste best on its own, but you can enjoy with summer barbeque, grilled or barbeque chicken. Leftover salad can be stored in fridge upto 3 days.
