Wash and pat dry kale leaves. You can add it to salad spinner to remove excess water from it.
Now tear kale leaves into big portions removes the tough stalks. Add them to a bowl along with salt and oil. Toss to combine.
Spread kale leaves on a parchment lined baking tray and pop the baking tray into 150 degree c preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake until the edges start to brown but are not burnt.
Remove it from oven and allow them to cool. Serve as it is or with your favorite dip.

Make sure to dry the kale leaves completely so it turns crispy when baked.
You can add any of your favorite spices like chilli powder, garlic powder or anything as needed.
