Kale Chips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Curly Kale
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry kale leaves. You can add it to salad spinner to remove excess water from it.
  • Now tear kale leaves into big portions removes the tough stalks. Add them to a bowl along with salt and oil. Toss to combine.
  • Spread kale leaves on a parchment lined baking tray and pop the baking tray into 150 degree c preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake until the edges start to brown but are not burnt.
  • Remove it from oven and allow them to cool. Serve as it is or with your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Make sure to dry the kale leaves completely so it turns crispy when baked.
  • You can add any of your favorite spices like chilli powder, garlic powder or anything as needed.
  • Don’t over bake kale leaves. Bake until the edges start to brown but are not burnt, 20 to 30 minutes.
  • You can serve kale chips with any dip of choice.
