Fresh Fruit Popsicles are an easy and refreshing treat, perfect for hot summer days. They’re made with real fruits like kiwi, strawberries, mangoes, and grapes, all set in a homemade green grape juice. The juice is light and slightly sweet, which lets the natural flavors of the fruit shine through. Plus, the clear juice makes the fruit pieces visible, so the popsicles look colorful and fun.
What makes this recipe special is how simple and natural it is, no added colors, no artificial flavors, and no preservatives. Just fresh ingredients that come together to make something tasty, healthy, and really nice to look at.

Equipment

  • Popsicle Mould
  • Blender
  • Strainer

Ingredients

For Grape Juice

  • 3 cups Green Grapes
  • 2 tsp Sugar if needed

Fruits to Use

  • 10 no Strawberries sliced thinly
  • 1 no Mangoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 no Kiwi peeled and sliced thinly
  • 10 no Black Grapes cleaned

Instructions

  • Prep the Fruits (10 minutes) - Start by washing all your fruits properly. Slice up the kiwi, strawberries, and mango into small pieces — small enough to fit into your popsicle moulds. Keep them ready on a plate or in bowls.
  • Make the Grape Juice Base - Add 2 to 3 cups of green grapes to a blender with just a little water — just enough to help it blend smoothly. Blend until you get a thick juice. Strain the juice using a fine strainer to remove any pulp. You can also skim off any foam on top to keep the juice clear.
  • Assemble the Popsicles - Take your popsicle moulds (or paper cups or tumblers). Add a mix of fruits into each one. Pour in the grape juice slowly so it fills up all the gaps. If there are air bubbles, gently press the fruit down with a spoon to help the juice settle.
  • Freeze Time - Place the lid on each mould (or cover with foil), insert the sticks, and pop them into the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. Just be patient — the results are totally worth it.
  • Un-mould and Enjoy - When they’re frozen solid, run the mould under tap water for a few seconds. The popsicles should slide out easily. Serve them right away, or keep them in an airtight container in the freezer for later.

Notes

Cooling Tip: Once you blend the grapes and make your juice, let it cool down a bit before pouring it over the fruits. If the juice is warm or hot, it can soften the fruits or make them look cloudy after freezing.
Use Ripe Fruits for Better Texture: If your fruits are underripe or not juicy enough, your popsicles might turn out too icy. Go for fresh, ripe fruits — they freeze better and taste great too.

Storage & Serving

How to Store Popsicles - You can leave them in their moulds if you’re not serving all at once. Or, you can unmould them, wrap each one in parchment paper, and store them in a ziplock or airtight container. They stay fresh in the freezer for 5 to 7 days.
Ways to Serve Them - These pops are great on their own, but you can also get creative
– Serve with a bowl of fruit salad,
– Drizzle a little honey and sprinkle crushed nuts.
