Wash your strawberries and dry them well in a paper towel.
Now take chocolate in a heat proof bowl and place it over a double boiler. Melt it gently. Now remove it and add in oil and mix well.
Now take your strawberry and hold the stem and dip it in chocolate. Remove it carefully and set aside in a foil lined plate or parchment lined paper and set it at room temp for 15 mins then chill in fridge and for 5 mins. Now serve.
