Strawberry muffins are my favourite. I can easily make these muffins in just few minutes. You need just a handful of ingredients to make this muffins. You already have all the ingredients on hands.

About Strawberry Muffins
A muffin is a baked item that is baked in a mould and is individually portioned. While sweetened quick bread American muffins are common, savoury variations with components like maize and cheese, as well as less sweet varieties like traditional bran muffins, are available. Before baking, muffin batter is usually poured into a deep,
tiny cup-shaped baking pan. This creates a unique cupcake or mushroom-like shape in the final product.
These strawberry muffins are a delicious way to use up those last few strawberries from the spring and summer. They're a wonderful departure from the traditional blueberry muffins, and they're just as tasty.
The key is to use a lot of berries in the batter to give the muffins a
strong strawberry flavour.
Ingredients for strawberry muffins
Butter : Butter coats the proteins and starches during the mixing step and results in a more delicate crumb.
Milk : Milk adds a creamy texture to the muffins and can even give them a sweeter taste, especially if it is mixed with other ingredients such as butter and eggs.
Strawberry : Use fresh sweet strawberries for this recipe. You ncould use any berries or apples as well. If you cannot find fresh strawberries, try and use frozen.

How to Make Perfect Strawberry Muffins
Creaming Butter: The main tip for soft and fluffy muffins is to beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add vanilla extract and almond extract if needed.
Addition of Eggs: Add one egg at a time and beat till creamy.
Flour Mixture: Add in flour, baking powder, salt and fold gently. Add milk in addition and fold gently.
Fruits: Fold in fruit mixture and fold gently.
Baking: Scoop batter into muffin cases, use ice cream scoop for perfect measurements. Bake till done and serve warm.

Strawberry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour / Maida (240 grams)
- 1 cup Sugar (200 grams)
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter (120 grams)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Milk (120 ml)
- 1 cups Strawberries chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degree C.
- Line 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake cases.
- Take butter, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and beat using a electric beater till creamy and light.
- Add in one egg at a time and beat till creamy.
- Now add in flour, baking powder, salt and use a beater to mix.
- Add little milk at a time and beat till creamy.
- Add strawberries and fold gently.
- Now use ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into muffin cups.
- Top with some chopped strawberries.
- Now pop this in oven and bake for 30 mins.
- Remove and serve warm.

Strawberry Muffins with Step by Step Pictures
1)Take all your ingredients
2)Take butter in a bowl
3)Cream butter till light and fluffy
