About this Recipe
Peperonata is an Italian dish made with stewed peppers, onions, and tomatoes, to which other fresh vegetables may be added depending on the region and season of the year.
Pasta is a type of food that is typically made from an unleavened dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs and formed into sheets or other shapes before being boiled or baked.
The pepper has a lot going for it. They're low in calories and high in nutritional value. All varieties are high in vitamins A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fibre. Furthermore, spicy foods liven up bland foods, making them more satisfying.
These pasta is made with peppers and onions..All the flavours comes from that..The onions and peppers are sauted till it gets nice and caramelized which adds a nice taste to it..I added some cream to this which gave nice creaminess to this dish..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
