Onion Raita Sandwich Recipe - Raita Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- Bread Slices as needed
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
- Thick Unsour Curd - ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - ½ tsp
- Roasted Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
Instructions
- Mix onion, chillies,salt, sugar and mix well.
- Add in curd and mix well.
- Add n cumin powder, chilli powder and mix well.
- Take bread and spread raita and cover it.
- Cook it golden in some ghee.
- Serve.
