For Crust
- 250 grams Digestive Biscuits
- 75 grams Unsalted Butter melted
For Mango Filling
- 200 grams Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Sugar 100 grams
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Mango Puree

- 3 tbsp Water

- Take digestive biscuits in a blender and crush coarse. Take it in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Spoon this in a tart pan or pie pan and flatten it. Chill untill needed.
- Take gelatin and water in a sauce pan and let it soak for 5 mins. Once bloomed Heat it so it is melted.
- Now take cream cheese sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add in vanilla, mango puree and whisk till creamy. Add in melted gelatin and mix well.
- Pour this over in the pie pan and chill for 5 to 6 hours in fridge. Slice and serve
