Kachumber is a simple indian salad made using healthy vegetables. Vegetables are tossed in lemon juice and seasonings. These salad can be served cold immediately with some rice or rotis. You can serve it roti, curries and yogurt.

Kachumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber chopped
- 1 large Tomato chopped
- 1 large Onion chopped finely
- 1 Green chilli chopped finely
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and serve immediately.
