It is an easy recipe which you can make in under 10 mins. It calls for normal ingredients which you might already have on hand. The batter is very straight forward, it contains ingredients which you have in your pantry.
The cake turns out so soft and moist. Since i used oil instead of butter, the cake was so moist.

This is a very forgiving recipe. Absentminded as I am (and also didn't read the recipe entirely before I began) I added the sugar to the dry ingredients (recipe asks to add it to the wet ingredients and mix), forgot to add the oil (whisked it in at the end) and I'm pretty sure I over mixed the batter - still the cake turned out damn soft and tasty! Keeping this as a go-to for hereafter.
