HOW TO MAKE COCONUT WAFFLE
- Wet Ingredients: combine egg, sugar and milk till mixed.
- Dry Ingredients: mix wheat flour, baking powder and coconut into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Make waffles: Heat waffle maker and pour in batter and cook till crispy.

- Use butter instead of coconut oil if needed.

- Waffle maker
Ingredients
- ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- ¼ cup Coconut
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Heat a waffle maker.
- Mix egg, sugar, milk in a bowl till combined.
- Add in wheat flour, rice flour, baking powder and mix well till combined.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well. Make the batter little loose not too thick.
- Once the waffle maker is hot, apply coconut oil all over it. Pour batter in. Cover and cook till crispy.
- Serve hot.
