About Coconut Ice
Coconut ice is also known as coconut fudge or no cook coconut bars. This is made with desiccated coconut, condensed milk, icing sugar. It requires just 3 ingredients and can be made under 5 minutes. All you need is to mix the ingredients together and place in fridge to set.
The recipe is super easy, even kids can make it. This dish makes a great fireless cooking recipe also. The recipe uses icing sugar which makes it set to a fudge like texture. The amount of icing sugar and condensed milk which you use totally depend on your taste.

Coconut Ice Ingredients
For making this no cook, no bake fireless coconut ice recipe. All you need is desiccated coconut, icing sugar and sweetened condensed milk. You can add any flavourings as you prefer like ground cardamom, vanilla extract or even almond extract. But for making this recipe, you just need 3 basic ingredients.
- Desiccated Coconut
- Icing Sugar | Confectioners Sugar
- Sweetened Condensed Milk


How to Make Coconut ice (Stepwise Pictures)
1)This is a no cook recipe. Take desiccated coconut in a bowl. This is unsweetened coconut which I used.

2)Add in icing sugar. Icing sugar helps to set the fudge.

3)Mix this together so the sugar combines with the desiccated coconut.

4)Add in sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

5)Mix this together so the coconut is combined with icing sugar and condensed milk.

7)Now take half the mixture and press it in a mould.

9)Take remaining half and add some food colour, you can use any food colour of choice.

10)Press it over the coconut.

11)Pop this in fridge to set for few hours.

12)Now unmould the set coconut ice and cut into pieces.

13)Store in fridge

- Use unsweetened coconut for this recipe so it doesn't get too sweet.
- Use fine shreds of desiccated coconut which makes the cutting process easier.
- Icing sugar and sweetened condensed milk is used totally to your taste.
- You can use any food colour of choice. You can leave the food colour and make it plain white.
- Flavourings like vanilla, almond or ground cardamom can be used.
Storage
You can store this in room temperature for 2 days. You can keep it in fridge upto a week or more.

- 4 inch cake pan & Parchment paper

Ingredients
- 2 cups Desiccated Coconut
- ½ cup Icing Sugar
- ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- a drop Pink food colour
Instructions
- Mix coconut, icing sugar and condensed milk in a bowl to shape it into a dough.
- Divide the dough in half. Press half of the coconut in the tray.
- Add pink food colour to remaining coconut and press over the white one.
- Place in fridge for 1 hour. Unmould and cut into bars. Serve.
