I made a two layered rich dark chocolate cake, layered it with chocolate mousse, spread the mousse all over it, poured some chocolate sauce all over it and topped it with lots of chocolate shavings...Heaven in a bite.
The cake was so moist, fudgy, the mousse was very chocolaty and creamy. All together it is a fool proof recipe and it is a keeper.

Hi aarthi..tried the cake ..it came out really tasty.....though the mousse was a little runny..guess should try freezing it for some time before spreading it..would that b fine?
One more thing I wanted to check with u was when I bake a cake I beat the white and yolk of the eggs separately.. but u beat both together...does it effect the texture of the cake...last query can v use d egg beater to mix the cake batter.. I normally use a flat spatula to fold it but it takes a lot of time...
Thanks for posting such lovely receipes ..I have become an addict to ur site
