Cauliflower Varuval Recipe
Ingredients
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
- Green Chillies - 3 chopped
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
FOR FRYING:
- Cauliflower - 3 cup cut into florets
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Oil for Deep frying
Instructions
- Take cauliflower in a bowl. Add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
- Deep fry it in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
- Heat little oil in a pan, add onions, green chillies and toss well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
- Add fried gobi and toss well.
- Serve.
