This is one the simple and healthy sidedish which is made using spinach. In my place, there are varieties of spinach leaves are available and i make sure to include them in our diet regularly..I used agathi keerai to make this and it tasted pretty good..

Ingredients for Agathi Keerai Poriyal
- Spinach - 4 cups chopped ( I used agathi keerai)
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
- Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 medium size chopped
- Garlic - 6 fat cloves
- Dry Red Chillies - 2 to 3
- Salt to taste
- Coconut - ½ cup grated
How to Make Agathi Keerai Poriyal
- Take garlic and chilli in a blender and crush them.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and urad dal. Let them pop.
- Add in onions and saute for few sec.
- Now add in garlic and chilli mix. Toss well for a min.
- Add in the spinach and toss well in the oil. It will cook down.
- Season with some salt.
- Add in coconut and stir fry for few mins.
- Serve.

Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped Spinach I used agathi keerai
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
- 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu

- 2 to 3 Dry Red Chillies
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup grated Coconut
Instructions
