When I tried this recipe I was quite surprised with the result, because it tasted heavenly. I found that it taste better when it is served cold. You can also check out the apple milkshake recipe.

Why This Recipe Works
Apple juice made from scratch is fresh and pure, free of artificial sweeteners and preservatives. It allows you to choose the best apples, regardless of whether you prefer a balanced, sweet, or tart flavor. Because it's simple and only requires a few items, anyone can make it.
Why I Love My Apple Juice Recipe - I never really thought about making my own juice at home. I used to believe that store-bought bottles were the only way to get fresh juices. However, I once made apple juice from scratch when I first started experimenting with cooking. My expectations were low because I thought it might be too thick or not as smooth as ones from the store. But when I took my first sip, I was surprised. It tasted naturally sweet and fresh, unlike anything I had ever bought. From then, I started experimenting in the kitchen more.
Homemade apple juice can also be used for other purposes. You can alter the sweetness by adding honey or another natural sweetener, enhance the flavor by adding lemon or cinnamon, or even combine different kinds of apples to make a unique flavor. Apple Juice Ingredients

Apples: The main ingredient in homemade apple juice is apples. Make use of fresh, ripe apples for the best taste. It's important to have both sour and sweet varieties.
Water: Supports extracting juice and lets you adjust consistency.
Sweetener (Optional): To get the perfect sweetness level, a small amount of honey, sugar, or maple syrup can be added, even though apples are naturally sweet.
Lemon juice: It keeps the juice from oxidizing and adds a little acidity.
Cinnamon (Optional): To add depth and warmth to your juice, add a cinnamon stick or a pinch of ground cinnamon.

How I Make Apple Juice (Easy Method)
Pre-Prep: Wash the apples thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides. Although it's not required, keeping the skin on enhances their flavor and nutritional content.
Making the Sauce: Cut the apples into small pieces and add them to a pot with water to make the sauce. Simmer them until they become mushy and tender and their natural juices are released.
Cooking the Juice: Make sure the apples are smooth before puréeing them to cook the juice. Cheesecloth or a fine-mesh strainer can be used to filter the mixture in order to remove the pulp and extract the pure juice.
Last Touch: Include lemon juice and sugar if needed. The juice can be served fresh over ice or cooled for later use.
Hacks for Making the Best Apple Juice
- Pick the Correct Apples: A balanced combination of sour and sweet flavors is
necessary for a tasty apple juice. - No Peeling Needed: Leave the skins on since they add nutrients and flavor.
Peeling is not necessary. Thoroughly wash the apples well before using. - Strain for a Smooth Finish: Use cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer to get rid
of any pulp and have a clear, smooth juice. - Store It Carefully: You can preserve fresh apple juice in the refrigerator for up to
three days. - Longer Use: Freeze it in ice cube trays and defrost it whenever needed if you
want to preserve it longer. - Enhance the Flavor: You can add a cinnamon stick, a few cloves, or a splash of
lemon juice to your juice to give it a warm, aromatic flavor.

Apple juice is very good in aiding the function of the digestive system and for helping the function of the kidneys. It is in the digestive system that its cleansing properties makes apple juice very popular. However, apple juice is also able to purify the blood and is very helpful as a general tonic for the skin and liver.
