Parfait, for some of you, the name may sound new. But it is nothing complicated. It is just layers of yogurt, fruits and some kind of cereal in a glass. Normally it is served as breakfast. But i like to enjoy it as a after meal desert.Similar Recipes,

Ingredients for Granola Strawberry Parfait
- Greek Yogurt / Homemade Curd - 1 cup
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Strawberries - 10 to 15 chopped finely
- Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - few drops
- Homemade granola around 1 cup (RECIPE HERE)
- Cashews or Pistachios or Almonds as needed
This time i used my leftover granola from this recipe and honey sweetened yogurt and my fav sweet sweet strawberries..It was totally delicious..
I loved each spoonful of this and it is a real treat. You could use any fruits and any cereal in this as you like. You could add some cream instead of yogurt. But i love this combination a lot.
How to Make Granola Strawberry Parfait
- Take strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle over sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside for 5 mins.
- Now take yogurt in a bowl, add in honey and mix well.
- Take a serving glass, fill it with granola, then yogurt mix and strawberries. Keep on layering like this.
- Now top with some granola and nuts.
- Chill for a good 1 hour.
- Serve.
