Vermicelli Pakora Recipe
I always look out for easy pakora or fried snacks because we like to have these without cup of tea. We make fried food like this once a week mostly on the weekend..This is one pakora which i made last week in my mom's place. I made some laksa for lunch. I had some cooked rice vermicelli leftover from that. So i used that to make this..You can use normal vermicelli too.

Ingredients for Semiya Pakora
- Cooked Vermicelli - 3 cups ( i used rice vermicelli)
- Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 1 cup
- Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¼ tsp
- Onions - 1 medium size chopped finely
- Green chillies - 3 chopped finely
- Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
- Spring Onions Greens - 4 tblspn chopped finely (optional)
- Oil for frying

How to Make Semiya Pakora
- Heat water in a pot, once it boils, add in vermicelli and cook till cooked around 7 to 8 mins. Drain it and cool it down. Set aside.
- Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Drop small pakora in and fry till golden.
- Drain and serve.

Ingredients
