This parathas is stuffed with a spicy paneer mixture, and it is my total favourite. you could add any spices of your choice, even a touch of chat masala will be good in this. This paratha can be put in lunch box as well. Usually stuffed parathas stays soft for a longer time than anything.

    About Paneer Paratha

Paneer paratha is made with a spicy paneer filling stuffed inside atta dough. The paratha is packed with protein and tasty delicious. You can enjoy this on its own or with yogurt and pickle.

I served this with a simple tomato and onion gravy. It is so easy to make, in fact i am planning to post it soon. If you are so eager to know it now. It is just saute onions and tomatoes with some chilli powder and salt. How easy is that.

Paneer | Cottage cheese - You can use homemade paneer or store bought paneer. You can crumble it and grate it and use in the paratha.

Spices - I used a combination of variety of spice powders. You can use any of your favorite flavourings. Italian seasoning can be used too.

Chapati Dough - You can use whole wheat flour for making the chapati dough. A combination of whole wheat flour and all purpose flour can be used in the paratha. Make sure to knead the dough soft and smooth.

Green Chilli - even though this is optional, you can add for extra spice kick.

Coriander leaves - be generous with coriander leaves as it imparts so much flavour to the paratha.
