    Ingredients for Andhra Chicken Roast

    • Chicken- ½ kg
    • Onion-2 large chopped finely
    • Tomatoes-4 chopped finely
    • Green chillies-3 sliced
    • Ginger Garlic Paste-2 tblspn
    • Turmeric powder / Manjal podi-1 tsp
    • Coriander powder / Malli podi-1 tblspn
    • Chilli powder-1 tsp
    • Red chilli sauce or Green Chilli Sauce-3 tblspn
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil-3 tblspn
    • Curry leaves-1 spring
    • Cilantro / Coriander leaves for garnishing

    How to Make Andhra Chicken Roast

    1. Heat oil in a kadai..Add in onions and fry till golden..Add in curry leaves and green chillies . Fry this for few minutes.
    2. Now add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
    3. Add in tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt.
    4. Add in turmeric powder and mix well.
    5. Now add in chicken pieces and mix well..Sear on all sides.Cook this with open lid for 15 minutes on a low flame.
    6. Now add in chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
    7. Cook this for 15 mins. Now pour in chilli sauce and mix well.
    8. Garnish with cilantro and curry leaves.

    • 500 grams Chicken
    • 2 large Onion chopped finely
    • 4 large Tomatoes chopped finely
    • 3 Green chillies
    • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / Manjal podi
    • 1 tbsp Coriander powder / Malli podi
    • 1 tsp Chilli powder
    • 3 tbsp Red chilli sauce or Green Chilli Sauce
    • to taste Salt to taste

    • 1 sprig Curry leaves
    • Cilantro / Coriander leaves for garnishing

    Andhra Chicken Roast Recipe Step by Step

     
    Take all your ingredients

     

    Prepare Everything
     
     
    Saute onions in oil
     
     
    add in curry leaves
     
     
    add in green chillies too
     
     
    some ginger and garlic paste
     
     
    mix well

     

    now add in tomatoes
     
     
    season with salt

     
    and turmeric powder
     
     
    saute for few minutes
     
     
    add in chicken

     
    Cook for 10 mins.

     

    Add in coriander powder
     
     
    Chilli powder
     
     
    and toss well
     
     
    cook for 10 more minutes
     
     
    now take your magic ingredient
     
     
    pour some in

     

    toss well
     
     
    garnish with cilantro and curry leaves
