    Notes

    1. Melting chocolate and butter in microwave is easy option. if you don't have microwave, just melt it in a sauce pan on low heat.
    2. Once you add eggs, whisk it vigorously for at least 1 minute. Whisking eggs really well create the shiny crackly top which is characteristic of a brownie.
    3. You could add chocolate chips or finely chopped nuts into the brownie batter.
    4. You could skip peanut butter and make it plain fudgy brownies.
    5. If you are using a small baking pan, then baking time may get increased.
    6. Cool the brownies completely before slicing so the brownie gets plenty of time to set.

    STORAGE SUGGESTIONS

    1. You can store the brownie at room temperature for 3 days.
    2. Store in fridge for upto 2 weeks.
    3. You can freeze the brownie for upto 3 month.

    SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Warm brownie in microwave just few seconds before serving.
Serve with any homemade dessert sauces.
    • Salted Caramel Sauce
    • Butterscotch Sauce
    • Chocolate Sauce
