    Capsicum Biryani Recipe

To give you energy and keep your week going. I am going to show you a yummy biryani which is made with my favorite veggie Bell Pepper. I love to add Bell peppers in all my dishes. Some how I love the crunch they gave to the dishes. It makes the dish colourful as well as flavourful. This recipe is best served with raita or pachadi. I served it with pineapple pachadi, which was a hit in my house. So with no more delay, here I deliver the recipe.

I love biryani, will make this soon.

I remember that old Japanese TV show "Iron Chef" where the host would take a bite out of a whole raw bell pepper. He said it was his favourite vegetable.

      Thanks for this recipe.
